Chris Worstell | CEO
Chris leads AVS’s Executive Management Team, collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional client solutions. He is a Certified Appraiser (2005) with over 20 years in operations and business management.
Jennifer Worstell | CVO
Jennifer directs AVS’s Quality Control Operations, overseeing rigorous review processes that ensure investor-grade deliverables. She is a Certified Appraiser (2005) with extensive experience in quality review, operations, and training.
Karen Klosky | CFO
Karen oversees AVS’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting. She ensures timely partner payments and supports client success initiatives, while also managing day-to-day administration.
Mark Chapin IFA | CBDO
Mark drives AVS’s strategic vision and growth. A Certified & Designated Appraiser (1993), he brings deep industry insight and leadership. He serves on the Virginia Real Estate Appraisal Board and co-founded the Industry Advisory Council of The Appraisal Foundation.
Tammy Hindes | VP Client Relations
Tammy is our captain of smooth sailing, guiding every customer journey as if she’s charting a course across the galaxy. From the very first “Ahoy!” of an order to its safe arrival in port, she ensures satisfaction so radiant it could brighten even the cloudiest business day. When clients or partners come with questions in tow, Tammy handles each one with a practiced grace that makes the whole voyage feel effortlessly delightful.
Tim Brean | VP Operations
