Based in Pittsburgh, PA, Applied Valuation Services formed in 2013 out of a desire to create a company that could deliver an elite level of service that would become the new industry standard in valuation products. We have brought together individuals from the fields of mortgage lending, property valuation, customer service and technology. Relying on their years of knowledge and experience, we have built solutions that we feel get to the heart of what our customers are seeking in a partner.

Chris Worstell
Chief Executive Officer
Chris assumes overall responsibility for leading the Management Team towards fulfilling the goals and vision of Applied Valuation Services. Chris works closely with all departments to deliver products and services that exceed standard client expectations. In addition to being a Certified Residential Appraiser, Chris has over 20 years of work experience in Operations Management, Client Relations and Business Management.
Jennifer Worstell
Chief Appraiser
Jennifer oversees the Quality Control Operations of Applied Valuation Services. Under Jennifer’s leadership, Applied Valuation Services has developed a comprehensive review process that seeks to deliver high quality end products in a timely manner. Jennifer is a Certified Residential Appraiser and has extensive experience in Quality Review, Operations Management, Client Relations and Training.
Karen Klosky
Chief Financial Officer & Administration
Karen manages all financial aspects of Applied Valuations Services including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and general accounting functions. In addition to her financial responsibilities, Karen also manages the day to day administrative functions of the company.
Tammy Hindes
Vice President of Operations and Customer Support
Tammy manages the Applied Valuations Client Service team that assumes responsibility for maintaining customer satisfaction. Tammy is a proven leader with more than twenty years of experience in the appraisal industry including operational management, team leadership, customer relationship management, training and project management.
