Applied Valuation Services conducts a thorough review of prospective vendors prior to acceptance to our panel. The on-boarding process review includes, but is not limited to, the examination of qualification criteria and documents, national registries to confirm certifications and licensing as well as disciplinary action claims against any potential vendor at the state level.
